Kundalini Yoga is a holistic, powerful philosophy of self-transformation that gives practical benefits.

Perhaps like no other yoga, Kundalini Yoga understands that we experience ourselves and the world around us through our metabolism, through our physiological selves.

By stabilizing our nervous and glandular (endocrine or hormonal) systems, we achieve a profound clarity and freedom - an opportunity to access our creative potential or ‘Kundalini.’

Kundalini Yoga embodies all the yogic systems, drawing on techniques like:

dynamic asanas (postures);

breathwork;

meditation;

and chanting.

 

 

Although many of the exercises and meditations in Kundalini Yoga have been designed for specific physiological and psycho-spiritual imbalances, it is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice.
