Our Planet 

New technology, top-down legislation, and other organized initiatives may help but do not necessarily offer long-term solutions to today’s insatiable hunger for - and consumption of - precious natural resources.

By eating as much as possible food that is seasonal, unprocessed, chemical-free and climate-appropriate, we as individuals can have a huge impact. 

When we eat food that hydrates, mineralizes, nourishes, and energizes, we reduce our cravings on many levels, including the emotional and spiritual. 

Contentment is more than an abstract concept.  It is also a physiological phenomenon. 

By living a healthy, active and productive life, we can focus more on giving than on consuming.
